I work with a small team of project management consultants who have developed effective approaches to the management of complex multi-company/multi-national programmes and projects.
We provide services to Global Companies across the technology space but with a focus on telecoms, broadband and software.
Our core services are:
- Project Management – we help companies understand the position of their projects, rescue failing projects, develop a project leadership culture in the organisation and spread this through project management training
- Program Management – implement complex programmes and the systems and processes needed to keep them on track (e.g. go to market programmes)
- Organising to Innovate – we help companies organise themselves to select the right projects, maintain the right balance of projects in the portfolio and deliver these effectively
- Spinouts/Venturing – we help create and implement new corporate ventures to deliver additional revenue into the organisation – taking innovation through to execution of new products/services
